Trevor is our business founder. He is an entrepreneur, investor, and commercial leader with over a decade of diverse experience building businesses, leading teams, and transforming organizations to be more customer & people centric.
Salem Cyber is an opportunity to build a team of extraordinary people creating the future of cybersecurity operations by solving security analysts & engineers' problems. As a former analyst, Trevor loves to strategize creative solutions to complex problems. That is why cybersecurity, which provides an ever-evolving puzzle requiring new ideas, and Salem Cyber, which exists to provide solutions with human security experts in mind, have been a natural fit.
Trevor is primarily responsible for Salem’s commercial, financial, human resource, legal, and operational activities. He also shares executive responsibilities with Jon.
Prior to founding Salem Cyber, Trevor worked at Dentsply Sirona, the world’s largest dental equipment manufacturer. There, he was a general manager whose team broke sales records, a brand leader who oversaw a turnaround for a portfolio of dental brands, and a key member on a variety of commercial strategy, business formation, business restructuring / turn-around, finance, and pricing initiatives.
Before Dentsply Sirona, Trevor helped to launch 2 successful, healthcare start-ups; interned at 3 Private Equity firms; and was a Teaching Assistant for 2 courses on Private Equity and Entrepreneurship at Chicago Booth.
Trevor started his career at Deloitte, where he was promoted 3 times in 5 years up to Audit Manager while primarily serving large, financial services firms and early-stage, technology clients.
Trevor graduated in the top 5% of the 2018 full-time MBA class from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also earned two degrees in Finance and Accounting from Virginia Tech in 2011, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Trevor enjoys spending time with his family, making pizza, compensating with cardio workouts, and frequenting Costco.
