Libby is a strategy manager for Salem with over 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including one year as a GTM specialist for a new technology product. She always starts with identifying consumer needs and challenges to create seamless user experiences.
As a former internal and external consultant, Libby likes helping companies solve their biggest challenges. This resonates with Salem’s mission to enable companies of all sizes to tackle cyber issues through scaling their monitoring capabilities.
Libby is primarily responsible for commercial GTM functions centered around marketing plan creation and channel cohesion.
Prior to starting with Salem, Libby received her MBA from Chicago Booth, where she focused on strategic management and entrepreneurship. During school, Libby interned for a large technology company where she analyzed consumer and competitor data to create and implement a GTM strategy for a new product in the portfolio.
Prior to Booth, Libby worked for Pepsico on the Costco and Target teams in finance. There, she focused on establishing cross-functional reporting processes and implementing new systems for the business.
Libby graduated top 5% of the full-time MBA class from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2023. She also attended the University of Virginia for her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, with concentrations in Finance and Management.
Libby is an avid runner and workout enthusiast. In her free time, you can usually find her running along Chicago’s Lakefront.
